The hotel has top-quality rooms. the staff is amicable. - the location is fantastic, very close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. - All essential shops and the T1 tram line are easily accessible. - the service was good according to my opinion.

Had the double room which was nicely equipped with good amenities. Particularly good and perfect location really close to restaurants, trams, busses, and places of worship for example, Galata and Hagia Sophia, blue mosque, and bacilica cistern, I felt safe.

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

There were a small balcony and a free coffee in the room, appreciated that. The hotel was in a very central location to T1 tram station. In Ozlem Karadeniz, located nearby I had Turkish meals.
